I. Website and contact forms
1. visiting the website
Visiting any website involves the technically necessary (temporary) processing of personal data - in particular IP addresses. With the exception of such technically necessary information, you can visit the website without disclosing any further personal data. The Controller also has access to anonymized statistics on the use of the website. Personal data is also collected for the processing of your services requests and cases. A distinction can be made here between general and case-related information.

General information is information that is required for the processing of the client / service relationship. In addition to your name, registered address and other contact details (e.g. email addresses or telephone and fax numbers), this also includes billing information - such as your account details. Data pursuant to B.I.1. are processed in particular to provide the website and to improve the attractiveness of the website, in particular by optimizing the technical functionality and content preparation, as well as to ensure the security of the website and related services.
